Meaning of High Blood Pressure
Extreme blood pressure can be mount in pressure exerted by moving blood on the artery walls as a general response to strain and physical work. If you are facing hypertension constantly then it will turn your heart and arteries feeble. High blood pressure may cause strokes, heart attacks and arterial disease.
Blood Pressure Measurement
Physicians measure blood pressure in two values, the systolic (the blood pressure when it comes in the aorta from the heart) and the diastolic (the pressure when the heart ventricles relax betwixt beats). It is checked in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg).
Extreme Bloodpressure can be explained in a grown-up as a blood pressure above or equable to 140 mm Hg systolic pressure, or greater than or equal to 90 mm Hg diastolic pressure. Reading of blood pressure greater than 140/90 is strange & indicates hypertension.
